The hotel is quite dated and could greatly benefit from renovations!!! The elevator feels slow and clunky rather than efficient. Room service should provide more convenience such as a phone to call without using your own device!!!

The staff were sweeter than a peach, always ready to lend a hand! I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, y’all. It had everything from fresh fruit to pastries, and it filled me right up for my day of exploring. Just wish those elevators weren't so slow!

The Economy Double Room was a decent size, featuring its own bathroom with a shower and bath. Breakfast had a wonderful selection, including fresh fruits and pastries that really energized my day. The location near Independence Square was perfect for exploring. I could easily head out to shops and the metro. Staff at reception spoke English and were quite helpful, even arranging a taxi for me. However, the elevator was slow and clunky, which caused a bit of frustration during busy times. Room service was a bit inconvenient since there's no phone in the room. I needed to use my own phone to call, which isn't ideal. It would have been nice to have complimentary water in the room too, but the café on the first floor made up for it.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the generous breakfast with a delightful variety, including fresh fruits and pastries. The staff at the reception were accommodating and helped me order a taxi without any hassle. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed.

However, the elevator was slow and not very reliable, and the lack of a phone in the room made contacting room service inconvenient.
